How to Send Us Your Shoes

Mail-In

If you live outside of Lofoten or the dropboxes are just out of reach, you can easily send us your climbing shoes by posting them to us, with a note including your name and order number, at:

Please include our phone number, 98888516, in your shipment booking – this ensures we are notified when your shoes are delivered to us.

We do not recommend using Helthjem as they have lost packages in the past!

We have partnered with Bring to provide you the cheapest possible return options. Your shoes will be delivered directly to your mailbox or hung in a bag on your door if you opt in. Failing that, you can pick them up from your local Posten.
